Welcome to the Goulay charcuterie! In this store in the Velpeau district, with its sober and contemporary decor, charcuterie is a family affair! You'll find all the essentials: rillons, 5A andouillettes, black puddings, sausages, fois gras, hams, homemade pâtés, filet mignon and much more! You can find creamery products, local products, as well as a variety of quality prepared meals. Our favorite ? The rillettes of Tours of course, not by chauvinism, but by pure greed and love of artisanal products!

The Hardouin company, bought out in 2022 by Père Champain, has been operating in the department for over a century, and has several stores, including at the famous Halles de Tours. Here you'll find all the products that have made the company such a success, including andouillettes au Vouvray, boudins noirs, stuffed pigs' trotters, rillons and rillettes. All good things to put on your plate, and enough to impress your guests with the guarantee of a regional tradition! A number of tempting takeaway dishes are also available.

Present at Les Halles since 1988, Franck Bourdeau has proven himself time and time again. Rewarded for his specialities such as andouillette à la corde and jambon au torchon, we also like to pass by his stall to discover rillons, rillettes and traditional charcuterie. In summer, you can enjoy sausages with herbs, chorizo to grill, brochettes and thinly sliced poultry with lemon-rosemary sauce. In the same spirit, don't miss the inevitable Easter pâté or the lobsters and foie gras at the end of the year. The welcome is charming!

Bryan and Lucie Garnier have kept the recipes that have always delighted the gourmets of the Velpeau district and elsewhere. Rillettes, rillons, boudins or even fish terrine are still on the program. But beware, in order to leave their mark on the store, the stall is also rich in recipes to be enjoyed at home, salads, vegetables, etc. More than a simple butcher shop, Au Bec Fin is an address in love with the good local products and it also proposes cheeses, milk, wine or still artisanal beers.
