The Hardouin company, bought out in 2022 by Père Champain, has been operating in the department for over a century, and has several stores, including at the famous Halles de Tours. Here you'll find all the products that have made the company such a success, including andouillettes au Vouvray, boudins noirs, stuffed pigs' trotters, rillons and rillettes.
