We love this 100% organic, artisanal ice cream shop in Tours! BIOED®-certified, this ice cream parlour pursues a responsible organic purchasing policy, giving priority to short supply chains. Ingredients are mainly organically produced, with whole milk and fresh cream from the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park.
