Chateau with various historical periods, including two medieval towers, hosting photo, sculpture and painting exhibitions.

This château is a magnificent showplace! The building spans several historical periods: two towers date from the Middle Ages, and the Pavillon de Mars in the center was built in the 18th century. The governors' residence dates from the 16th century and straddles the ancient Gallo-Roman wall. After serving as a military barracks until the 1960s, the château was turned into a municipal facility to host a variety of exhibitions. Our partnership with the Jeu de Paume allows us to discover unmissable photo exhibitions and a variety of artists (sculptures, paintings...).

Je ne note pas le bâtiment en lui-même, mais l'exploitation qui en est faite. L'exposition de l'école TALM est une fumisterie.

Merci au Château de Tours de nous avoir fait découvrir l'exposition d'une femme, journaliste et artiste complète italienne Letizia Battaglia qui s'intéresse à la vie quotidienne des gens de Palerme et d'ailleurs. La beauté de reportages sociaux dénonçant les horreurs de la Camorra et dénonçant la terreur sur les classes populaires, la provocation servant de dénonciation de la censure organisée. Femme et mère courageuse qui a toujours combattu pour diffuser la Culture...comme le Château de Tours.
