From the small terrace outside, this place smells of travel: with Karla, the hostess, you're in Guatemala, where coffee is king! Here, coffee comes in espresso, latte and cappuccino varieties. We also serve classic and less classic hot and cold drinks, such as the delicious Pumpkin or Pink Latte. Even better with a cheesecake or homemade cookie! At lunchtime, you can devour a dish of the day, fajitas or nachos, or the Guatemalan Sunday brunch, with plantains and black beans. ¿Qué café prefieres?

Beurre Noisette is so named because pastry chef Clémence's favorite cake calls for hazelnut butter! This cake, the mainstay of the house, is the financier. Here, pastries are homemade from the heart. She bakes flavors that go very well together, such as pepper and chocolate, but also tries out amazing combinations of tastes, notably in a lemon-hazelnut tart. Brunch is now served every day, with a special offer for children on Wednesdays. We love the sourdough toast and shakshuka. We love them.

This little workshop is a magnet for coffee lovers of all kinds. A terrace on rue Colbert, and a room with a soft, trendy atmosphere, with its comfortable armchairs, wooden counter and world coffees to sip! Not only is the range of coffees wide, but the roasting and preparation methods are just as varied. Espresso or slow coffee, hot or iced, it's all excellent, and the sweet (cookies, scones...) or savory (quiches, only on rue Colbert) snacks are the perfect complement. We love the charming welcome!

In a quiet street, here is a tea room where the nice decoration is just like what you find in your plate: light and dynamic. Brunch et Goût Thé is indeed true to its name: you can come at any time to fill up and succumb to the sin of gluttony without malice. Between the soups, the pies and the cakes, the teas, the hot chocolate and the various pastries, one does not know any more where to give of the head! We stop there for breakfast, lunch, a coffee break or a snack that makes us fall back into childhood... or to have a brunch on Sunday from time to time. You've got it: here, there are delicacies for every hunger and every desire.

The main reason for coming in is to buy tea. But the store also serves as a salon, to satisfy tea lovers. With just a few seats in winter, and a terrace in summer, you can enjoy one of the teas from the store's rich collection, or a strong coffee, accompanied by a delicacy. To help you make the right choice from among the teas from leading brands (Mariage Frères, Kusmi...), we offer helpful advice. Other products include coffee, chocolate, sweet treats and even mate. And, of course, the service is top-notch.

Juliette is not only the chef at l'Instant, but also a champion, having been awarded the 2021 prize for the quality of her vegan pastries. In a cosy setting, seated on a welcoming sofa, at a dressmaker's table, or in the basement for greater intimacy, you can enjoy the peace and quiet to read, chat, play games or even watch a film! All while enjoying tea, fruit juice, pastries or savoury dishes. Juliette also takes orders for buffets and special cakes (galettes des rois, logs, birthdays...) Proof that vegan rhymes with gourmet!

For the compulsive bruncheurs, it is the address not to be missed since the brunch is proposed à la carte every day of opening between 10 am and 1:30 pm. But that's not all! Generous croque-monsieur, filled pancakes, soup, and of course everything needed for a hearty snack are offered every day. The room with a view of the kitchen gives access to a quiet back terrace, ideal for enjoying pastries, a small lunch dish or a brunch. The selection of teas is varied, and we don't say no to a homemade hot chocolate. A little friendly advice: remember to book for the weekend brunch, as it is very popular and places are limited.
