The owner, a fan of fiesta - as demonstrated by the planned events and blindtests - is also a hell of a businessman! If he knows how to set the right mood in his bar, he's also established pintxos (mini-tartine-style tapas) in the Touraine landscape. These, along with his beers and wines from Spain, Serrano hams and large pitchers of sangria, are present every year at the gastronomic village of the Foire de Tours. In 2022, the little bar on rue Colbert expanded to welcome even more guests!
