La Héraudière is a beautiful, typically touristy building that welcomes you all year round. It is a veritable greenery in the city, for a stay in the heart of La Touraine and the castles of the Loire. Come and discover its charming guest rooms, in a family atmosphere, simple, comfortable and calm. The rich breakfast (croissants and homemade jams) only adds to the softness of life there, not to mention the beautiful park surrounding the property. Great location, where your hosts will be happy to be in your little care! The lounge is pleasant with its library and piano available. The rooms are very well maintained and refined. A simple decor, with antique furniture, but one feels well, in the middle of this nature in the city!

Bella casa di campagna riadattata a B&B con grande giardino davanti e possibilità di parcheggio interno. Abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere al primo piano raggiungibili mediante una scala interna: avviso le persone alte che le camere sono nel sottotetto a spiovente con travi a vista.|La colazione è stata buona, tutta con prodotti locali. Il padrone di casa è molto gentile e prodigo di consigli. Il prezxo delle camere è abbastanza elevato se confrontato con altre strutture nelle vicinanze. Peccato che al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere circa un'ora fuori dal B&B, nonostante avessimo chiaramente indicato l'ora di arrivo, perché i proprietari avevamo avuto un imprevisto: sarebbe bastati semplicemente un messaggio o una telefonata.

Kamer erg klein met enkel een klein dakraampje, was wel schoon. Douche erg klein.
Ontbijt sober. Mensen niet gastvrij en erg zakelijk. Wij maken al jaren gebruik van een B&B maar zo hebben wij het nog nooit meegemaakt.

If you are in Tours, I cannot recommend a better place to stay. Dominique and Verginie are wonderful hosts. Their graciousness knows no bounds. It is a small place so you feel en famille. From support at getting around to superb restaurant recommendations, they made for a delightful visit.

Passage en revenant de l ile de re avec deux enfants en bas âge. Nous avons occupé la suite familiale avec la chambre enfant. Super accueil, super conseil et chambre préparée et personnalisée pour les enfants. Ils ne voulaient plus repartir.

La maison est joliment restaurée, les chambres sont très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon. La maison est située dans Tours, ce qui facilité les déplacements. A noter que le quartier est résidentiel sans charme particulier. Le jardin est grand et bien entretenu. Cependant, je ne me suis pas sentie bien accueillie à La Héraudière car les propriétaires sont très (trop) présents et nous ont fait un certain nombre de remarques et commentaires peu agréables sur notre manière de faire (par ex. la manière dont les enfants se tiennent à table). Ils nous ont fait sentir qu'on était avant tout chez eux, et qu'il y a un certain nombre de règles à respecter. En ça, il m'est difficile de recommander cet établissement.
