L'enregistrement et le départ ont été faciles. La chambre (Gingko Biloba) était confortable, propre et en bon état. Bons équipements : cuisinière à induction, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, climatisation, volets motorisés. L'appartement est plus lumineux et a plus d'espace que ce qui apparaît sur les photos, avec un agencement efficace.
Le parc verdoyant dispose d'une aire de jeux juste de l'autre côté de la rue et d'un café agréable de l'autre côté du parc. Les boulangeries, les épiceries et le centre de Tours sont accessibles à pied.
