Set in the heart of the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil vineyards, this traditional restaurant offers characterful cuisine rooted in the terroir. The chef concocts quality dishes using seasonal produce from both land and sea. The plates are beautifully presented and immediately mouth-watering. The wine list offers an interesting variety of local crus: Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur-Champigny, but also wines from Burgundy, Alsace and Bordeaux. A pleasant restaurant with a lovely terrace.
