6 gîtes are available to rent on this 160-hectare estate, built around a 17th-century Carthusian monastery. They can be rented by the week, or for weekends in low season. From the smallest to the largest, they've all been tastefully renovated, and there's nothing missing! Outdoor activities take up a large part of your stay: swimming, hiking, exploring the farm... The site belongs to the Lycée agricole de Coulounieix-Chamiers and is home to Limousin cows and ducks: the farm store sells foies gras, pâtés and regional wines!

Très joli jardin et des salles grandes et bien adaptées pour des réunions collectives, permettant des ateliers de travail mais aussi des débats.

Le cadre est sympathique mais l'accueil laisse vraiment à désirer. Pas de toilettes dans les chambres, pas de lavabo dans les toilettes les plus proches des chambres, pas de savon ni de quoi s'essayer les mains dans la salle d'eau, literie très bas de gamme, pas de porte pour fermer la salle de bain, mauvais état du mobilier, salle de réception avec acoustique insupportable en groupe, autres toilettes sans sèche-main ou sans papier toilettes, personnel d'entretien agressif quand on trouve enfin des toilettes avec du papier parce qu'elle est en train de faire le ménage. Bref, c'était une catastrophe !
