This winery is aptly named, as François Chidaine offers winemaking styles you won't find elsewhere. Biodynamic products and wines from little-known winegrowers. These are "confidential" productions, necessarily limited in quantity, which is also what makes them so rare and interesting. As far as Domaine François Chidaine wines are concerned, the Moelleux is a benchmark. A whole range of wines produced with respect for the environment and with real expertise. The cellar also offers a selection of gourmet products.
