Vineyard grouping together winegrowers from Joué-lès-Tours who practice a traditional quality wine making.

The folk brotherhood of Noble-Joué gathers wine growers from Joué-lès-Tours, Esvres, Saint-Avertin, Chambray-lès-Tours and Larçay, whose objective is to improve the quality of this wine while continuing to practice a traditional wine making. For the record, this grey wine, made from the marriage of three pinots, was born more than five centuries ago between the Indre and Cher rivers. This vineyard, partially destroyed during the Second World War, has been revived by a group of passionate winegrowers and has become a success on the tables of Tours.
