Located within the walls of the fortress-town of Chinon of which they are one of the jewels, these cellars are a place of pilgrimage for admirers of Rabelais and wine. Their appearance has not been modified since the 16th century and you can still smell the smell of the old quarries. The brotherhood of the Entonneurs Rabelaisiens, considered one of the most prestigious in France, holds solemn chapters four times a year and organizes exceptional chapters on request. Three reception rooms are also available.
