Ma mère a visité l’abbaye aujourd’hui, pendant que j’étais moi même au festival Guitare et Vigne.
Elle m’a appelée au secours a 18h40, en me disant qu’elle était enfermée dans l’abbaye !
Comment est ce possible d’être enfermée a 18h40, dans un lieu qui ferme a 19h??
Il suffit manifestement que les deux dames, à la billetterie de l’entrée, décident de fermer plus tôt sans vérifier que tous les visiteurs sont sortis !
On a voulu une visite de monument, pas un escape game !
Heureusement j’ai réussi à la faire sortir, et ai informé le maire …
La gestion des accès est à revoir, tout comme le professionnalisme de votre personnel.
Les membres de l'association sont adorables et passionnés, merci de faire vivre ce lieu.
