On the edge of the village of Avoine, Nicole and René Vineau welcome you to La Bonne Avoine, an independent house of character entirely restored, in a private and closed courtyard close to all the shops and 150 m from the cycle tracks of the Loire à vélo. You stay in a charming house with light wood furniture, bright and spacious. You have access to a pleasant garden with garden furniture, two sunbeds, a parasol and a barbecue. You can park your car in the yard. Bicycle garage.

Très beau gite avec tout le confort d'hiver, l'été cet endrpit doit être paisible avec sa cour gravillons, les espaces verts avec solarium, table, chaises, barbecue, beaucoup de calme, tout le plaisir de détente, merci à Monique & René

Très beau gîte bien équipé trois belles chambres deux salles d'eau bel espace de vie grande cuisine et avec une grande cour fermée par un portail électrique proche des commerces Un grand merci à Monique et René.

Très bon gîte, proche des commodités à pied. les propriétaires sont gentils et réactif.
