Restaurant with terrace offering a varied menu according to the products, fish and vegetarian dishes.
In this establishment in the heart of the village of Fleurac, the chef makes it a point of honor to work with local producers. The cuisine he serves is Perigordian with southern accents. His menu changes regularly according to the products and his inspiration. He also makes beautiful proposals of fish like the papillote of whiting and its creamy oyster mushrooms. To finish, roasted apples or a bowl of ice cream. The country style decoration of the restaurant, with the rooster as emblem, is very nice and in summer you can enjoy the terrace

Trop peu de choix.
Bref vraiment déçu.
Reasonable prices
Great service
The only downside was at the end of our meal the owner refused to accept non-French credit cards, causing a prolonged dispute and a bitter end to a lovely evening.
This was not mentioned when we made the reservation by phone, nor when we arrived.
The owner insists guests are informed of this on the website (we couldn’t find it), and on the signage inside the restaurant (we were seated outside, so didn’t see if it was there).
The owner insisted we go to an ATM and withdraw cash, either that evening or returning the next day.
Eventually after a long dispute we ended up adding 10% to our bill to pay on card, and no tip for the service.
PLEASE tell guests when they book/ arrive if you don’t accept international credit cards!
Or offer an alternative to cash (eg 10% surcharge on cards) up front without an unpleasant argument!!
