The chef of La Cognette restaurant, Jean-Jacques Daumy, makes preserves to share them with as many gourmands as possible. You will find in the shop the traditional Berry terrine, with porcini mushrooms, reuilly, black beer..., pheasant delight with foie gras or velvety (lentils, pumpkins, porcini mushrooms), soaked chicken, jams, onion confit, crème brûlée or biscuits. The shop also offers other local products: saffron, Charost biscuits, lentils to cook, oil... If you can't travel to visit the pleasant store, you can buy online.
