The gourmet restaurant La Cognette offers an introduction to the secrets of top-of-the-range cuisine. Once a month, on Saturdays, Chef Jean-Jacques Daumy offers a workshop for a maximum of ten people (registration by phone). You will learn how to make puff pastry, sauces, how to adapt offal, fresh vegetables or truffles, how to cook meat perfectly. You will make a fillet of beef in a crust with foie gras, Saint-Pierre or scallops. A moment of sharing to offer or to offer.
