François and Hélène Passebon welcome you to their historic home overlooking the ramparts of the medieval town of Domme, the most beautiful village in France. The comfortable rooms offer a refined and warm decor: large bed, fireplace, floor tiles or parquet, antique furniture and paintings. The garden is enchanting, and you can have your breakfast there with a view of the valley, the castle of the King and the fortifications. Swimming pool and spa in addition. Without a doubt, an outstanding holiday resort in one of the most beautiful sites of the Périgord!

My wife and I spent 7 nights at 1 logis à Domme, using the hotel as a base for exploring the Dordogne. It's not an exaggeration to say that this was one of the most delightful places we've stayed anywhere in the world. The palatial room and bath; the lovely garden; the pool and spa; the superb breakfasts; the cozy library; the breathtaking views. Most of all, the attention and friendship of the gracious hosts, Hélène and François, made this an incomparable experience.

Das 1 Logis a Domme ist ein B&B der Extraklasse. Es hat eine wunderbare Lage in einem der schönsten Dörfer der Region und bietet eine Vielzahl von nahegelegenen, außergewöhnlich sehenswerten Ausflugszielen. Das Gastgeber Ehepaar eröffnet den Tag mit einem fantastischen Frühstück. Wir sind schon viel gereist und haben diese Perfektion aber nicht oft erlebt: Stücke vom Baguette (aufgebacken und knusprig), kleine Mehrkorn Brötchen, Croissant, 3 Marmeladen, Käse, Schinken, Joghurt mit Himbeere, Orangensaft, Eier (auf Wunsch auch als Rührei oder Spiegelei), Minicrepes, Obstschale mit mehreren Sorten, Kaffee oder Tee, aufgewärmte Milch. Und das alles ganz frisch zubereitet und von den Gastgebern mit viel Freundlichkeit und Stil präsentiert. Wir können unser Wohlbefinden kaum ausdrücken. Nicht zu vergessen das Ambiente: Bei schönem Wetter sitzt man zum Frühstück im kleinen, idyllischen Garten. Dort findet man auch Sitzplätze mit Tisch und Ausblick für ein kleines Picknick am Nachmittag oder Abend. Ein weiteres Itüpfelchen ist der Pool. Dort haben wir am Ende eines Ausflugstages ein kühles Bad genommen und konnten sogar noch einen Jacuzzi nutzen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem kleinen Paradies.

Un voyage dans le temps. Un havre de paix. Les hôtes sont absolument charmants, disponibles et la maison est incroyable. Le jardin est magique,les petits déjeuners au top. On oublie le reste du monde une fois posé dans ce logis. Le spa et la piscine évidemment sont aussi les bienvenus.
