In Domme, in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, we sometimes have "Idées à la noix". This artisanal factory revives the traditional walnut cake, made on the premises with local products (jury award in the 2023 saveurs competition). You can also enjoy savoury crêpes made with organic buckwheat flour. Yes, because this family's ancestral cooking is in tune with today's challenges.
