Olivier Bois and Loïc Delage are the bosses of Coursac's bakery and pastry shop. The first is a companion of the Tour de France and he met his "co-pain" in an establishment in Boulazac. They fight to maintain a real local artisanal bakery with a real sense of hospitality and quality products: country or traditional breads, special breads, Viennese pastries, cakes, sweet and savoury tarts, etc. They make superb assembled pieces and special pastries for family events.
