Georgia Durand and Bastien Lecron have set up organic farming to produce good seasonal vegetables, as well as plants in the spring, and even herbs. They sell everything at the farm and make up baskets for Les Paniers de la Double, which are delivered on Tuesday evenings in Saint-Aulaye. They also organise evening events on the farm in the summer, with an organic producers' market (vegetables, cheese, bread, groceries, wine, beer) and a guided tour of the garden with food and drink on site.
