At the Café bleu, we proclaim it loud and clear: "everything is home-made, with passion". In this contemporary setting, local products are honored. The chef Sandy Alexandre works in the kitchen to make you taste a generous cuisine, inspired by the South-West. If you want to taste the marrow bone au gratin, the foie gras and its citrus marmalade or the lamb mouse confit with thyme, the place is worth a visit. The welcome is warm and smiling, the decor pleasant, and the owners will make you appreciate their traditional cooking.

Bonne soirée du jour de l'an, seul resto ouvert. Menu original avec soupe de châtaignes au foie gras ... etc. Bon plat à le carte. Bouteille de rhum avec baba ! Excellent accueil.

A changé de propriétaire depuis le 1er février 2016.
Décors refait à neuf, et agrandissement de la salle.
Choix important sur la carte, uniquement à base de produits frais.
Bon rapport qualité/prix, dans une ambiance bistrot.
Situé idéalement sur la place de la cathédrale.

Disappointing... the menu, tempting blackboard appeared without originality and not very well cooked... the menu resident Chartres was tasty but the boiled chicken henriIV a little insipideet without much culinary interest either. Finally, in fact desserts satisfied us and enjoyed in this day a little hot summer, however, the terrace shaded and smiling and available...
