Extreem goede ligging nabij TGV-station, zeer vriendelijk onthaal, ontzettend ruime kamer, zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige medewerkers, perfecte verbinding met tram en Metro. We komen zeker nog terug naar dit hotel bij een volgend verblijf in Lille/Rijsel.

Tout prêt dès gares. Bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Grande chambre propre mais moquette à changer.

Globalement, une bonne expérience pour les 3 nuits passées.
L’hôtel est bien situé et même s’il ne dispose pas de parking, il y a des places dans les rues alentours pour ceux qui ne veulent pas payer le parking la nuit (34€).
Check-in efficace.
La chambre est bien mais elle mériterait de moderniser certains aspects : micro-onde, salle de bain et toilettes. Manque aussi porte bagages.
Malgré le réglage du chauffage au minimum, il a vraiment trop chaud dans la chambre.
Malgré cela, je recommande cet hôtel pour une famille avec 2 enfants.

Avec mon copain nous avons réservé cette hôtel avec une suite lit Queen Size, petite déjeuner inclus pour 147 euros la nuit. C'était vraiment incroyable ! La suite très propre, bien isolée, et l'hôtel est parfaitement bien situé (centre commercial, centre ville). Le petit déjeuner coûte 18 euros et je trouve qu'il est très complet : fruit, yaourt, boisson diverses, charcuterie, fromage... Il vaut le prix. Le personnel est très gentil et l'hôtel moderne. Je recommande vraiment !

Une nuit dans une chambre 4 couchages avec 2 adolescents. Chambre agréable et couchage confortable. Seul bémol, le prix du parking à proximité immédiate (et rare endroit où il est possible de se garer), 33,50 € (tarif maxi pour une durée dépassant 12 heures de stationnement) !

In the center of Lilles and close from the station. It’s easy to get there. The service is awesome. I do think the carpet should be removed from the floor for more cleanliness and better hygiene. The room is great even tho the sink was clocked. The breakfast offers a large choice of options. The hours are great especially on week ends. The shop is awesome and allows some food when you get home. The gym is not the best one. If you like cardio well you’re gonna be happy. A few free weight would be appreciated. The staff is nice.

Tres bon hotel bien situé
Très bon hotel, trés bien situé prés du centre commercial, du stade et du centre ville, il est très facile de tout faire à pieds et surtout c'est tres calme. Tres bon petit dejeuner.

Hôtel bien placé à 5 minutes de la gare, standing international, bonne literie, chambres spacieuses et personnel adorable. Lobby agréable pour un café, seul bémol le choix un peu limité du petit déjeuner.

The hotel is just opposite the Lille Europe station. The city center is easily accessible on foot, making a destination of choice.
It is mainly the quality of the room that is worth seeing. Very spacious, they offer a seating area with a sofa bed, table and chairs, and mircocuisine. This room is separated from the bedroom by a large semi-occulting curtain, which makes the perfect place with children. The bathroom combines bathtub and shower, but the door cannot close with keys (swinging doors).
Small lunch offers a wide choice of quality ingredients very. unfortunately, everything is done to make the buffet painful: the plates are ridiculously small and a dish is not due to it, the food stalls products are only accessible to one person at the same time, the breads are ridiculously small at the point to miss cutting yourself while buttering them… The old hotel tricks tricks are displayed here to make you consume the least possible. Ultimately, that makes it quite uncomfortable. I didn't appreciate this moment of your stay.
Another notable point: the absence of parking at the hotel. It has a private car park opposite, but it will cost you 25 € for the night, which is really a prohibitive price. If you are not cluttered, prefer parking more remote and less expensive, but you will need to go…

My only complaint is there was a large brown stain on the mattress which, was a bit disconcerting.
The hotel is located right across the street from the the rear exit at Lille Europe - super convenient and a 3 minute walk from the Lille Grand Place.
I'd definitely stay here again.
