In the kitchen, chef Maxence Paris unleashes his gourmet creativity with astonishing aromatic details, such as this monkfish and guanciale starter with poultry broth, this duck dish with smoked beet and peppers, or this lemon, peanut and ginger dessert.

A successful blend of influences, enhanced by Alexandre Dathy's excellent wines. Simply fantastic!
