Superb brasserie in Lille offering excellent seafood cuisine
The brewery in all its splendour with its stall of crustaceans and shellfish to welcome you, a Art Deco framework (mirrors engraved, woodwork worked in a crazy years) inspired by the large Parisian breweries, a portrait gallery on the first floor (enchanting setting that can host groups and seminars) and a map that offers all the classics specific to this type of establishment: veal ris nuts, burbot and lobster medallion, fricassee of supions and squid to cuttlefish ink sauce, Saint-Jacques nut odawara to braised braised and, finally, cheesecake to caramelized apples, chocolate foam and profiteroles. But the peace brewery is primarily the excellence of seafood products: oysters, shrimp, tourteaux, clams, sea urchins, langoustines… Amateurs are more than spoiled by the incredible variety of seafood offered. And for all the other gourmets, the sweet mouth names menus or Water in the mouth are made for them! A superb brasserie and a superb gourmet address!
Food is Good, fresh fish.
White Wine was very tasty !
In the sauce there was too much pepper.
The waiter was very attentive and friendly.
