Le Sébastopol is the story of an architecture student, Jean-Charles Lecointre, who does extra work, evenings and weekends, to sweeten his ends of the month... Until one day, an unsuspected passion for cooking is revealed. An inventive, creative and very high level cuisine, such as a checkerboard of Artois trout and nori seaweed or a dessert where peanuts and citrus fruits are combined. The menu is renewed regularly, with ultra fresh and local products. The careful presentation is simply a foretaste of the gustatory richness of the dishes.

Nous avons passé un moment globalement agréable. Le service est sympa, les propositions sont larges et les plats sont bien réalisés. Proposition de vin au verre totalement en accord avec nos plats. Un bémol pour la table longue car dans notre cas, nous étions 5 et du coup, une personne "seule"...car 3 d'un côté et 2 de l'autre.
