Inventive and high gastronomic cuisine by Jean-Charles Lecointre in a restaurant in Lille.

Le Sébastopol is the story of an architecture student, Jean-Charles Lecointre, who does extra work, evenings and weekends, to sweeten his ends of the month... Until one day, an unsuspected passion for cooking is revealed. An inventive, creative and very high level cuisine, such as a checkerboard of Artois trout and nori seaweed or a dessert where peanuts and citrus fruits are combined. The menu is renewed regularly, with ultra fresh and local products. The careful presentation is simply a foretaste of the gustatory richness of the dishes.

Gros coup de cœur. Le restaurant Sebastopol et l’un des meilleurs restaurant à Lille. Il change de carte régulièrement. Personnel très souriant et agréable, n’hésitez surtout à demander conseils pour la carte des vins qui et absolument exceptionnelle.
