Inventive cuisine prepared by Christophe Pirotais in a cosy and friendly bistro in Lille.

At Solange's, the cuisine is generous and convivial! The dishes are visually worked. A concern of the detail that we find in the associations of aromas and flavours, symbol of a successful greedy fusion between here and Asia. The menu, renewed every week, gives pride of place to fresh and seasonal products. You can discover a salmon with zucchini spaghetti, eggplant caviar and yuzu sauce, followed by a refreshing strawberry and hibiscus tartar. A creative cuisine awarded a Bib Gourmand!

Première visite au Solange et juste superbe. Dans mon top 5 des meilleurs adresses que nous fréquentons. Très bon accueil et superbe présentation de la carte. Ensuite, notre repas n'a été que plaisir et découverte de saveur avec une signature thai dans chaque plat. Hâte d'y revenir.
