Restaurant with a short and pleasant menu, for the amateurs of bistronomy. The selection of wines is precise and refined.
Renewed every month, the menu on the wall slate offers only a few choices. For example, for the first course, shellfish soup with curry and wakame. For the main course, fillet of beef, beet, candied potatoes and shallots, roasted hazelnuts. For dessert, chocolate soufflé tartlet and poached pear. We feel the home-made and the research oriented bistronomy. The wine list is interesting and fair. No false note for this friendly establishment which bears its name well.
