An excellent bakery and pastry shop just a stone's throw from the Grand-Place de Lille

In this excellent bread and pastry shop, close to the Grand-Place, Raphael and Valerie Brier offer a variety of lunch options: sandwiches, but also pizza, flatbreads ... in addition to various breads and lovely cakes for dessert, at quite reasonable price. So go ahead and your lunch break will be a pure bliss and sweet/salty escape. Then afterwards, why not showing your love of the region, in a very chti way, with speculoos biscuits and babeluttes? It is a real success, the service is always friendly, and it is really worth it to queue up during peak hours.

Gaufre fine à la chantilly de grande qualité. Prix correct. Personnel sympathique. Pain au chocolat fraîchement cuit. Je recommanderais cet endroit à ceux qui veulent prendre un petit déjeuner tôt le matin.

Une machine à cash ! Les pratiques dans cette boulangerie sont déplorables. Ne prenez pas de pain au kilo, vous pouvez être sûrs qu’ils vous ajouterons systématiquement plusieurs dizaines de centimes en plus que le poids réel. À FUIR !

Surtout, ne pas faire l'erreur de s'asseoir. Les prix sont majorés rendant le coût global indécemment chers. Même si la qualité de la cuisine est plutôt correcte (sans être exceptionnel). Le service n'étant pas à la hauteur, rien ne le justifie.
