Père et Fish is a clever play on words that suits the concept launched by 3 fish-loving friends from Nice. Eager to make the general public rediscover fish, they launched their street-food address where fresh fish is served in the form of original 100% homemade burgers. Between the Scottish (semi-cooked salmon, onion compote, BBQ sauce, coleslaw) and the Tuna Matata (tuna tataki, ginger mayo, honey and cumin roasted carrots), our heart sways. Alternatively, we'll go for fish & chips or a poke bowl with salmon, avocado, mango, radish and carrots.
