After 3 years in China, Adrien Duvinage, a chef by training, is back home with an idea in mind: import the bubble waffle, a classic of Hong Kong street food and revisit it in its own way. The idea is simple: here, you can decorate this strange waffle with the ingredients of your choice. Fresh fruit, homemade ice cream, chocolate chips, flaked almonds, puffed chocolate beads... all generously topped with chocolate, caramel or homemade whipped cream. For the sweet part. Because in the face of success, salty toppings quickly made their appearance: salmon, cream, cheese... to take with you in your cone or to taste on the spot. The combinations are endless and the bet is successful!
