Pablo & Valentina though being new in Vieux-Lille offers an outstandingly simple, fresh and particularly local cuisine. The menu is turned towards delicious basics like quiches and soups of the day or cheese, delicatessens or salmon platters depending on the market produce of course! The salmon is prepared by a family of Boulogne-sur-Mer, the cheeses come from the Barking Brothers Delassic based in Lille, and the fruits (which you can also buy to take!) come from all local producers. Who says better? Côté and organic fruit juice will accompany the sweet sweets of the homemade pastry factory. Pear-chocolate choux, lemon meringues accompanied with strawberries and chantilly, cake chocolate-raspberries, clafoutis to cherries and fermiers farmers display in the pretty window of the counter and wait for you! Not forgetting the marshmallows and other fruit pasta prepared on the spot by the chef!
