Florent Ladeyn, a Michelin-starred chef from the North of France, is faithful to his region, and presents its richness in his dual concept restaurant.

On the first floor, you'll find the Bierbuik, his brewpub where everyone can enjoy Flemish street food, chat over house beers, and dance the night away!

Upstairs, the Bloemeke offers a more elaborate cuisine, but just as astonishing in its simplicity and primitive flavors, thanks to a generous and constantly renewed menu. A warm and inviting place to discover the North from a gastro-family point of view.
