Homemade northern cuisine in an authentic and friendly restaurant in Lille.

Here is a small family address which will make the happiness of the amateurs of regional cooking. At Les Ptiots, everything is homemade, in the purest tradition of the North. What we like: the tasting plate with potjevleesch, carbonnade and miniature welsh for a tasty moment of sharing. The room is a bit cramped. The staff is pleasant, the service efficient, the plates are copious, the prices correct, it is the winning formula. Generosity, authenticity, conviviality: these are the keys to the success of this pretty address.

The staff was absolutely adorable, very kind and quick to serve. They were very eager to give us advice on the menu and on what to drink. Estaminet's are not for light eaters, go hungry!

Je recommande vivement, foncez sans hésiter. Pas facile d'avoir une table, il faut patienter ou réserver... mais ça vaut le coup : des welshs délicieux, des serveurs (qui bien que débordés) restent très sympathiques et agréables. On comprend pourquoi tout le monde se presse pour manger ici.
