Restaurant located in the Old Town where the cuisine it offers is up to the mark with smoked cooking.
Historically located in Old Lille, the Barber who smokes has also settled in Lille Europe, a few steps from the train station. Of course, the setting is not the most attractive, but the cuisine is up to the original with a long beech wood smoked cooking that respects the nutritional qualities of the meats and fish. From the simple mitre of beef to the salmon and the rib of beef, everything is sublimated and gives the impression of rediscovering the taste of the real thing.

La viande est excellente , le gout fumé est subtil et pas trop fort, les accompagnements également sont parfaits (salade au noix ou frites nous ont plus), la mayo est faite maison ! ,
Je n ai pas pris mes plats en photo tout de suite, je n ai eu l idée qu au court du repas désolé.
Les desserts sont exceptionnels.
Ça change des restos qui servent des desserts surgelés. Ici on nous a servi une excellente tartelette au citron , et une tarte tatin aux pommes fumées accompagné de sa boule de glace vanille. Un régal.
