Première fois que je vais dans ce salon et je suis plus que satisfaite en sortant. Souade a sauvé ma couleur et a été adorable durant toute la presta, je recommande à 100%!

CATASTROPHE
Une CATASTROPHE ! Le patron, ne sait plus du tout couper comme avant ou alors ne prend plus la peine de s'appliquer pour certaines clientes. Une coupe ratée et digne d'un coiffeur apprenti à qui il manquerait un oeil. Ou pire, si vous n'êtes pas une cliente assez régulière (ou branchée) vous pouvez passer votre chemin, il vous fera attendre des heures, littéralement. Vous verrez passer devant vous des clientes arrivées après vous...et pas de thé offert contrairement à d'autres. Pour les autres, c'est l'usine, sans compter la torture au shampoing avec des fauteuils inconfortables et le cou en souffrance contre le lavabo. On arrive pour se détendre et prendre soin de soi, on repart abattue, avec une coupe à pleurer et un sentiment d'avoir été pas bien traitée !

I have an opinion palia enough matter of this lounge. I went there this afternoon to Lille. I waited this go looks after so much heard of their professionalism…
And I come out of it more or less satisfied, on the level of my disappointed enough highlighting because it hardly see himself and it is especially for that I went there (my husband did not even see change: 's)
On the other hand on the carved and brushing Pierre makes wonders! I appreciated the staff is very friendly. You will feel very well in the lounge Gonay, there is a very good atmosphere. On the other hand I will change colourist so next time there a:)

Good, I passed my break at lunched Gonay.

And I have your opinions completely (those who say that it is a little factory, that it is expensive, not always good atmosphere), but if there is something that you can not take from Gonay is that they are gifted, very good technicians.

I wanted a highlighting Tie and Dye from... months! They completely included what I really wanted, respected my colour and lying well clearing up it over the lengths. I find the gun result!

The price, yes it is expensive but for a colour, highlighting, treatment, carved and brush I had for €110. It is a fee, but I know that I will not go every month I think three times a year that are sufficient!

Therefore, my advice: if you know what you want and wish impeccable technical service go! If the " fashion" you really rejects, dressing tables Lille can fill you I sour!
