Served in the best restaurants on the island, you can buy it directly from his estate (by making a small phone call beforehand), or in the island's grocery stores.

MORVEDRA
Read moreMorvedra Vell is the name of this ideally located lloc (in the southern part of the island, not far from the superb coves of Cala Turqueta and Cala Macarella). Here, a top-quality olive oil is produced directly from olives harvested on the estate, using mechanical cold-pressing processes. Several varieties are grown here: arbequina, picual, olivó and a typical Balearic graft. An award-winning oil you can't get enough of.
