This youth hostel is located in the heart of West Hollywood. Ideal for driving companions during a road trip. The hostel has 32 rooms and dormitories. The dormitories cater for up to 6 people, most of them with 1 large dormitories for up to 18 people. The rooms offer more privacy and comfort with a double bed, a TV and a private bathroom. A large kitchen is available as well as shuttles (fees) to visit the city. Multicultural evenings (BBQ, karakoé, comedy evening…) take place each week in the patio and in the basement.

Superbly located in the greenery of Fort Mason, this hostel is an excellent new address. The cleanliness is beyond reproach, especially in the shared bathrooms, and the whole place is bathed in light thanks to large bay windows. The single-sex dormitories (4 to 8 people) with private bathrooms are very affordable. Double rooms are pleasant and affordable. On-site: a communal kitchen and a convivial lounge/café with terrace.

This trendy little hostel is housed in a historic building. From the tropical wallpaper to the glossy parquet floor, the decor is elaborate, while the dormitories are functional and comfortable; we recommend the largest one, near the kitchen, for the privacy its curtains provide. Also, although the neighborhood is not the fanciest, the facility is well served by public transportation and is next to plenty of free parking spaces. The only downside is the traffic noise.
