In Southern Vermont, Mount Snow Resort is one of the most popular resorts for skiing in the winter or hiking, mountain biking and golfing in the summer. SASKADENA SIX

Woodstock ski resort boasts 23 ski trails of varying difficulty. Here you'll find the first cable car in the United States, built in 1934. Long known as the "Suicide Six" (with no connection to the topography of the area or any unfortunate event), the resort was renamed the "Saskadena Six" in 2022. For the record, this is the location of the country's oldest ski race, the Fisk Trophy Race, first held in 1937 and regarded by local skiers as a rite of passage.

This is the main attraction of the region! Spread over six peaks, the Sugarbush ski resort animates the village of Warren and its surroundings in winter. It includes 111 ski slopes and allows off-piste skiing. Although it is particularly popular in winter, the place is not deserted in summer: people come here to hike with pleasure, or to go mountain biking. The resort also has a hotel, restaurants and shops. Everything to live a few days of holidays in total autonomy, and enjoy privileged panoramas.

Skiing rentals ski areas and lessons

Stowe ski resort is internationally renowned. Along with Killington, it is considered the best in Vermont. This is partly due to the quality of its snow, which is very well maintained, and partly due to its ultra-modern infrastructure. The lifts and other chairlifts are brand new and there is little queuing, as the flow of skiers is well managed, not to mention the fact that it is home to the highest mountain in the state! With 116 slopes, the resort welcomes an average of 15,000 people a day in high season.
