It takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes to get from Hyannis to Boston.

If you wish to travel by car to Martha's Vineyard, you will need to either take the Steamship Authority ferries with your vehicle or hire a car once you get there. There are three other Budget offices on the island, two in Vineyard Haven and one at the airport.
