With the visit of the volcano and the sunset, the Kamari open-air cinema is one of the must-see in Santorini. The session is sometimes disturbed by the passage of a plane (we are almost at the end of the runway of the airport), but we come here especially for the atmosphere. Recent films in English (with Greek subtitles), ice cream, drinks and popcorn. Be careful, when the session ends, the bus service between Kamari and Thira doesn't work anymore. Remember to book a taxi!

The Apollo Theatre, also known as the "Piccola Scala", is the jewel of the cultural life of Syros and more broadly of the Cyclades. Opened in 1864 to the plans of an Italian architect inspired by the Milan Opera House, the Apollo offers a quality programme of opera, concerts and dramatic theatre. The theatre was closed for renovation for many years. Since its reopening in 2000, it has been a pillar of cultural life on the islands. Feel free to take a seat to see a show in the tense red velvet room.

Nestled in a small square away from the crowd, here is a pearl not to be missed. The Manto Cinema is first and foremost an open-air cinema that shows films in OV every night during the season. The program is wide, but it mainly includes major international releases. In addition to this very pleasant cinema, you can come during the day to enjoy the totally unexpected Olympic peace and quiet that reigns in the pretty adjoining café. Located in a large garden, in the shade of majestic trees, the café serves snacks all day long.
