This restaurant's therapy: comfort food galore. In an atmosphere closer to the beaches of California than the desert of Arizona, you immediately feel relaxed and put at ease by the staff's cool attitude. Created by a group of friends for their friends, the menu is a long list of burgers, each more appetizing and gourmet than the last. Once you see the size of the plate and the volume of the sandwich, you wonder how you're going to manage. A word of advice: come hungry and take your time.

This healthy chain with about twenty locations spread between Arizona and Texas is very popular for its bowls, especially in the morning and at lunchtime. Here, everything is fresh and thought for the dietary balance of everyone. Thus, there are several gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, soy-free, vegetarian and vegan alternatives. A long list of fresh fruit juices and protein shakes with original recipes will delight customers who are still asleep. Finally, although a little noisy, the outdoor terrace is pleasant.

In this former gas station transformed into a restaurant by a Texan, you can enjoy sandwiches, nachos and, above all, barbecued ribs served in cardboard plates full of beans and coleslaw. A delight! Some evenings, cowboys come with their guitars and sing in front of the guests seated on long tables covered with checkered tablecloths. An address where authenticity and good atmosphere reign.

In the Hotel Congress, between Downtown and North^4th Street, this restaurant serves delicious breakfasts. A special mention goes to the Brioche French Toast, a French toast revisited with an orange and vanilla-scented brioche, accompanied by maple syrup and mascarpone. In the U.S., you'll also find a fine selection of eggs on the menu, from omelettes to "two eggs and toast any style " to eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and huevos rancheros - a Mexican dish. All served in a pretty, bright room.

Synonymous with a successful breakfast or brunch, Ollie Vaughn's is one of our favorite Phoenix addresses. From pancakes and bagels to quiches and sandwiches, the preparations are fresh and tasty. It's hard to choose between the cakes on display, but we recommend the cheesecake and the Nutella mousse tart. You can enjoy all this to the accompaniment of discreet music either indoors or in the lovely shady garden, with its plants and superb mural.

Little Miss BBQ is one of Phoenix's must-try restaurants for grilled meat or meat in sauce, Texas-style. Located in an industrial district, the restaurant has built a solid reputation that has been maintained over the years. On the menu: sausage, turkey, ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket from every angle. Smaller budgets will prefer sandwiches. Note that another address has opened in the Sunnyslope district, to the north of the city.
