Located near the old Port'Alba town gate, in the rue des bouquinistes. In the evening, this second-hand bookshop transforms into a lively bar with a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine in a worn armchair or perched on a stool, to the sound of alternative music. Please note: the books that cover the entire walls of the premises are for sale, so you need to ask permission to leaf through them to avoid damaging them. Concerts and DJ evenings are sometimes held at weekends.

This bistro was inaugurated in 2013 and, since its opening, it has earned its place in the hearts of Neapolitans. Its success is easily explained by its concept: a meeting place where to enjoy an aperitif, share small dishes with a good glass of wine, choose a cocktail from the long list or... play table soccer with friends. Every week, special events are organized: wine tastings, foreign-language conversation tables, or themed aperitifs to open up to new horizons and new encounters.

One of the most famous cafés in Naples, a myth! Created in 1860 by Vincenzo Appuzo, the establishment is in the age of Italian Unity! Strategically located between Via Chiaia, Piazza Trieste e Trento and Piazza Plebiscito, this café-gallery, of true splendour, decorated with golden stuccoes, paintings and large ice-creams, has welcomed kings, queens, intellectuals, poets, journalists... Even today, the most famous personalities, including the presidents of the Republic, do not fail to stop there to drink a coffee that cannot be ignored.

Overlooking the street that leads to the port, a pleasant terrace from which you can watch, below, the comings and goings of the walkers while sipping a cocktail or a beer. The place is particularly recommended at sunset on the small port of Agropoli. The welcome is very cordial. Good cocktails and a small selection of Italian craft beers. In high season, the bar regularly offersaperitivo, with a buffet to accompany your drink, and occasionally live music and DJ sets.

Nasca is also a bookstore; when you go in the evening, it's hard to believe. Of course, the books on the shelves prove this. But it is also as if they were part of the development. Tastefully decorated, the blend of white and wicker is pleasant in the eye. At the entrance, garlands funny in tree branches never had leaves. Lele, the young dynamic owner of the Perpetual, organized his space as follows: a room is intended for literature, the other for art. Exhibitions change approximately every 2 months. The artists are in Naples, but also in the distant area. The clientele of the site is its image, cultivated and simple. Music goes from Neapolitan song to the lounge. The paintings are for sale and the artists to become. It is also possible to surf the web free from the Ordinateur computer or with its own if you have wifi. A very important address for its uniqueness in the festive street of Vico Belledonne.

Located in Piazza dei Martirs, this café is one of Naples' classics, with a chic and cosy interior and one of the most comfortable terraces in the city. The large wicker chairs make it particularly comfortable to sit down. Perfect for an espresso, a pastry, or for lunch. In the evening around 7pm, at aperitif time, coffee is often the first step before setting off for the Vico Belledonne's bars.

As soon as you enter, you are struck by the beauty of the ancient Turkish lamp that falls from the ceiling of the 66. It must be said that this bar has a "brilliant" decoration: on the first floor, a golden Buddha faces small silver tables. The other room, a small, very comfortable bunker and a sort of smokeless opium den, is convivial after 10 pm. Bluish spots and fluorescent cocktails... The DJ booth hangs from a small balcony, visible from the street. At aperitif time, the 66 is one of the few in the street to offer sushi.

Nothing overrated in this café. Just a stone's throw from the Piazzetta del Nilo, the place concentrates a bit of the Neapolitan soul and is also home to the relics of one of Naples' deities: Maradona. The owner has in fact dedicated an altar to him with a hair of the certified authentic player! Since then, tourists from all over the world have been coming here to have their pictures taken; it can be said that the football star is making a serious competition with San Gennaro, the patron saint of Naples! The setting may be sketchy, but the flavour of the coffee is enough in itself.

African dye, parasols hiding sight on the castle, reserved for tables at the end of the terrace. R 'n' B music mainly, pop and rock 'n' roll. The Mar. Sal is mostly frequented by tourists, and just has the advantage of being open late in August, when all the other bars in the city are closed. In winter, the nightlife of the place has little interest.

The bar-restaurant Da Cocò, ideally situated at the foot of the Aragonese castle, is open from morning to night and is pleasant at any time of the day. From here it is also possible to go to a small, charming and little frequented beach, the spiaggia di Cartaromana. In summer, taxi-boats usually charge €5 per person for a return trip to take you there. There are deckchairs, sunbeds and a small snack bar to make the most of this beach. It is only accessible by boat and therefore often peaceful.

Located in the San Michele hotel, this bar has a lot of style: the address is versatile and can be transformed into a restaurant, a wine bar and a nightclub. It also regularly hosts private events (weddings, birthdays...). In a modern cellar with dark parquet flooring, lit by fluorescent lights, starry ceilings and music are on the programme, with concerts, DJ sets, a piano bar or a karaoke evening. The huge bay window offers a splendid view of the island and the Gulf of Naples. A "hype" address with a festive atmosphere.

Despite its name, this small bar located at the very top of Positano, at the first stop of the buses coming from Sorrento, is very local. Italians like to meet there for a coffee or a beer with a pastry or a snack. They have a front row seat to watch the constant flow of travellers. Cars brush past them. The television broadcasts football matches. A stopover is highly recommended for those arriving in Positano by road, to take the time to marvel at the view while sipping an espresso.

A chic tavern, dedicated to music, with many trompe-l'oeil paintings. Guido, the popular singer and master of the place, with his guitar, his good mood, his flowered shirts and his communicative energy, sets the place on fire. He plays classic Italian and Neapolitan tunes. For a few years now, he has been assisted by his son Gianluigi, who has helped to rejuvenate the tavern's clientele and open it up to new horizons. No dress code, the place is open to all... but it is still quite stuffy!
