Gianna, sommelier, and John, cook, organize Salento and regional cooking lessons in the historic center of Lecce and in a masseria in the southern Salento. You will enjoy discovering seasonal products in the market, then enjoying a good Italian coffee on the terrace before joining the classes. The program includes the preparation of a traditional menu with market products, from antipasto to dessert, followed by a convivial meal during which Gianna will introduce you to the tasting of Apulian wines.
