The association, founded in 1979, passionately protects the rich heritage of Gallipoli. It has distinguished itself in the restoration of the castle and in the opening to the public of underground oil mills (frantoio). Every summer and at Christmas, the initiative "Open Churches in Gallipoli" allows you to discover an unusual and little-known aspect of the history of the town, with the help of very competent guides.
