The ^38th edition of La Semaine de la Poésie, organized as part of Printemps des Poètes, is much more than just a festival in the Clermont-Ferrand area. It brings poetry and contemporary authors to a wide audience, and offers a wide range of cultural activities for sharing: meetings, readings, writing workshops, screenings, lectures... Poets meet students in their classes, from kindergarten to university. In 2024, the festival's patron was Ariane Dreyfus.

This classical, modern and baroque music festival is organised every year, in late June/early July, in historic places such as the Issoire Abbey or Parentignat Castle. It relies on international interpreters and aims to allow the greatest number of people to have access to international concerts and performances.

During the weekend of Pentecost, Châtelguyon returned with the sources of jazz, the one listening with the feet rather than with the ears. From 11 a. m. to 2 a. m., some sixty artists, musicians and professional dancers, supported by the 200 fanatiques trainees, share their passion, thanks to street parades, free concerts on nine different scenes, the dance be-bop and tap dance courses, demonstrations and improvisations.

This 25 years ago, a group of friends both music lovers and viscerally attached to this magnificent town of Riom, decided to base this festival that bears its name today. Laurent Martin, this excellent pianist who is leading the brilliant career, was the first artistic director. At the time, it was to make known the immense compound literature for the king instrument, mainly but not merely classical. The town of Riom immediately followed, as well as many public and private partners. This is how since 1987 we have been in Riom and in several municipalities adjacent to exceptional pianists. The third piano president in Riom, Hubert Desjonquères, took the party of reasoned evolution by opening the festival since 2011 to other music.

The festival of Domaize, organized by the Association «Do But In Body», combines the programming of talent known as the «Do But In Body». A place of dissemination, exchange and sharing in a beautiful setting in the heart of Livradois-Forez for a weekend. The organisers offer different dining booths inside the festival site. For Saturday, outside the concert site, you will find a bar with small restoration during the theme day.

The World Friends Round has become a Vital event in the heart of Livradois-Forez. The aim of the festival since its creation in 1978 is to musically animate a rural majority region, so programming has always targeted a diversity covering a large part of the musical repertoire, classic as well as open to jazz and world music. The festival thus animates eleven communes of Livradois-Forez, full partners of the Concerts Concerts; the program, soloists, flautist, pianist, soprano and many other surprises. Les Arts dans la Bulle is a circus festival dedicated to young audiences. During three days, Saint-Yorre welcomes many street shows or a big musical parade. Magic, acrobatics, brass band, theater, mime or music hall. Children will also be able to participate in circus workshops (on registration) where they will discover the unicycle, stilts, juggling or diabolo. Face painting workshops and refreshments at the Hall des Sports are also on the program.

The Rire & Magie festival, held in Saint-Péray, is jointly organized by the Compagnie Zinzoline, a local association whose aim is to develop the street, performing and visual arts, and more specifically the practice of mime and gestural theater. The two-day program includes shows, trick fairs, comedy and magic competitions. Saturday evening features a gala with international artists, and Sunday a show for families. A weekend full of sleight-of-hand for young and old alike.

An extraordinary festival in an extraordinary place. An electronic music festival held in the gardens of the Musée Dauphinois. It's early summer, it's hot (no changing rooms, so dress accordingly) and you want to dance to the sounds of DJ sets that go on until nightfall. There's plenty to eat and drink, and plenty of dancing and fun to be had on a dancefloor set in an incredible setting at the foot of the Bastille.

Unity is strength, we keep saying. Proof of this is. Along rue Vibert in Le Puy-en-Velay, very close to Place du Breuil, four merchants have decided to join forces to create Les Vibérations in each summer season. Yann from the beer bar Le Black Pearl, Alexis from the restaurant Maki Nova, Vincent from the wine and tapas bar Camino des goulots and Younes from the restaurant Kebab Imma have come up with a project to liven up their street in good weather. This rue Vibert, which is normally crossed by cars, becomes a pedestrian street every Friday and Saturday evening, from June to September. Thus the terraces of the four merchants are expanding, but also and above all a space is reserved for local music groups. In 2018, 24 concert evenings were organized for the Vibrations. A great initiative therefore, each year rewarded by an ever-increasing number of visitors. In bars and restaurants, it is advisable to book your table.

Every year the International Psytrance Festival takes us into the world of science fiction. There are 100 artists on three stages to which are added scenographies, decorators, painters, video artists... who come to perform at the Vieure lake. Throughout the festival, food stands are available in the festival village. A choice of world cuisine, french fries, smoothies, varied dishes, organic and regional. With the idea of representing the arts related to psytrance culture, a space is dedicated to artisans and creators to allow them to exhibit and offer for sale art objects, paintings, clothing, jewelry, accessories...

August 26th in Teillet, then August 31st in Lignerolles, and September ^1st and 2nd in Argenty. For the past ten years, this original festival has presented theatrical shows in the villages of the Cher valley. On the program, concerts of all kinds, songs for adults and young audiences and magic. With all kinds of surprises, little joys and big smiles caught in the middle of a show, a performance, or a crazy cabaret...

Adjacent to the brasserie of the same name, Le Méliès cinema screens films that you probably won't find in other cinemas in town. Independent and heritage cinema, films in VO, must-see films in VF... This venue screens 5 to 6 international feature-length films a week, and is a favorite with all cinephiles. Le Méliès is also two cinemas, offering twice as many screenings: the largest is located on Place Jean Jaurès, with 4 screens, and the other in the Saint-François district (bonus: a room with a balcony!). It is also one of the few cinemas to offer solidarity tickets for people on low incomes.

The BWd12 festival, which takes place every year in the green theatre of the Château de Saint-Victor, is the best way to discover chamber music in a spirit of pleasure. The amphitheatre is a perfect venue for this event because of its size, acoustics, visibility and magnificent views of the Loire. All the conditions are there to listen, play and share music. For the past 12 years, this event has become a must for summer evenings in the Loire Gorges.

It's in the magical setting of the Château de Crussol that this festival was born in 2017 on the initiative of singer Zaz. On the program: musical siestas, improvisation shows, themed workshops and concerts. But also joy, good humor, conferences, workshops and delicacies. Let's salute this citizen initiative by the Azimut association, eager to create a convivial event to reflect together on a better world, but also to share and feast, a citizen village with stands and two concert evenings to boot.

Every year for the past 29 years, the medieval town has been the setting for a series of wandering shows at nightfall, featuring storytelling. The lights, music and atmosphere of a summer's night appeal to the imagination of spectators in this enchanting setting. It's a very convivial event for the pleasure of everyone, from 7 to 77 years old. A different theme is chosen each year, to the delight of locals and visitors alike. A large-scale festival to thrill you! On the program: 4 take-offs, 25 hot-air balloons, 45 musicians and artists for an exceptional experience! The whole family can enjoy musical take-offs in the heart of the village, at the Domaine du Peyron, a night-time sound and light show of hot-air balloons, live concerts, entertainment and strolls, not forgetting the convivial Saturday evening meal (reservations required)! The aim of this association is to promote and teach gospel music throughout the year through workshops of vocal practice of contemporary and traditional works of blues and soul music. Every year the Absolute Gospel Festival is organised in Lyon, in which many great names of the scene take part.

For more than 30 years, the Lembron Music Week has been honoring classical music. On the program, concerts in homage to the greatest artists interpreted by prestigious musicians from France and elsewhere. Winter FestiGrat's in Praz-de-Lys-Sommand is an open-air music event offering free concerts on the ski slopes. Spectators can enjoy the music while admiring the view of Mont Blanc. Maintes et une fois is a clown and puppet theater based in Saint-Étienne, France. Founded in 2003 by Gérald and Marlou, the company offers a variety of workshops and courses focusing on the clowning world. It also stages shows for all audiences, from young audiences to themed shows and street performances. The company also takes part in symposiums and conferences, giving offbeat presentations.
