L'Hexagone Scène nationale Arts Sciences, managed by Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, is an institution for artistic performances. Today, this chamber orchestra is composed of more than twenty French and foreign musicians. Since 2021, Thomas Zehetmair is the principal conductor. Surrounded by an international artistic direction, he pursues this spirit of openness, approaching the baroque period as well as contemporary creations. It's a pleasure!

The municipal theatre is the symbol of Émile Loubet's golden age. Theatre à la'in neoclassical style, its orientation to the Mistral, outside the walls of the city, and its interior layout had been greatly criticized at the time - 1882 to 1885. After decades of good and loyal services, which have become unfit to receive from the public, this theatre that received the greatest artists of its time is currently closed to the public, at booth by waiting for renovation. The chapel of the Carmelites, a former hospice renovated by the city, was for a decade the place of residence of the Théâtre du Fust, an international puppet company that recently left Montélimar, (after more than thirty years of presence!) to continue its destiny in Ardèche. With the appointment of Bertrand Salanon as head of Bonlieu Scène National Annecy, a new story is being written. The building was inaugurated in 1967 to host the figure skating events of the 1968 Winter Olympics. The building that once housed an ice rink for champions and hosted the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games now serves as a showcase for sporting and musical events. In its largest configuration, this modular hall can seat 12,000 people, making it the largest in the département. It also hosted the Davis Cup final in 1982. This hall dedicated to classical music, a 300-seat auditorium installed in the former chapel of the Minimes convent founded in the 17th century, is located in the heart of old Grenoble, in one of the oldest streets. We attend exclusively classical concerts. It is also the headquarters of the Musiciens du Louvre - directed by Marc Minkowsky. In this unique place steeped in history, everyone can discover a music that is reputedly less accessible than today's music, with a very particular sound aesthetic. The Musiciens du Louvre perform on the biggest national and international stages, notably at the Opéra Garnier, and the people of Grenoble can also enjoy their performances.

La Rampe is the best way to access culture for all audiences, even those furthest removed from a sometimes elitist world. La Rampe d'Echirolles is a beautiful, lively space, with a superb red-curtained auditorium that hosts plays, classical and modern concerts, as well as dance, singing, comedy shows and exhibitions... Culture plays a major role at the château, and is presented in a wide range of colors. In a majestic setting conducive to calm and work, overlooking the Loire gorges and the Grangent lake, less than a quarter of an hour from Saint-Etienne, the château hosts exhibitions by painters and sculptors, as well as artistic events such as the Fête de la Musique and the Saint-Victor sur Scène festival. Espace Boris-Vian, located in the heart of Saint-Étienne since 1980, is a socio-cultural center managed by an association under the law of 1901. Occupying 1,000^m2 of municipal premises, it receives financial support from the CAF, local authorities, the French government and foundations. Bought in 2020 and then refurbished, the Megarama Jean Jaurès (formerly the Alhambra) remains the cinema of Saint-Etienne to see the latest blockbusters as well as most new releases. Le Petit Théâtre led by Janine Berdin still presents young, dynamic and entertaining shows for the pleasure of all audiences. As its name indicates, this Little Pocket Theatre is not very large, but its human size facilitates rapprochement with all the public, especially school students who can analyze the game of the actors under all the seams and almost under their noses! Traditionally, each representation is followed by an exchange between actors and public in a friendly relationship.

Polyphony, percussionists, jazz, rock, pop, jugglers, clowns: from music to street shows, there is something for everyone at La Lampisterie! Throughout the year, the association organizes numerous cultural events. Author residencies are also organized. Among others, we can mention Flying tractors, Saodaj, Claire Degrave, Fabien Bequart. On the spot, it is possible to eat at the snacking or to have a drink. On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace. The place is closed during July and August.

Opened in 2015, Château du Rozier has become a major player on the Forez plain's cultural scene. Improvisation, performance, concerts, shows of all kinds: the venue is dedicated to live entertainment and offers an eclectic, high-quality cultural offering. After the show, we meet in the château bar to discuss the play, over a terrine and a local beer. Maison du Haut-Rhône is a cultural centre that through films - projection room for
