The canyon of the Nesque can be discovered by bicycle, by a 65 kilometers loop which connects the communes of Villes-sur-Auzon, Méthamis, Sault and Monieux. This itinerary on the side of the mountain is quite long and is reserved for sportsmen. However, you can approach it by sections to facilitate the walk. For example: only 6 kilometers separate Sault from Monieux. Take the opportunity to visit these two villages which offer beautiful panoramas on the valley.

The rounded silhouette of Mont Ventoux rises above Provence as to protect it. Its summit is the meeting point of the athletes who take advantage of its slopes in winter and summer. A 8 kilometre snowshoe route also allows to discover Mont Ventoux in two hours. Almost reaching the summit, this circuit offers beautiful landscapes around the mount.

A symbol of Provence, lavender is the "blue gold" of the Luberon. To pay tribute, the commune of Sault has set up a five-kilometre discovery trail (possible on 8 and 12 km) at the edge of the village, showing every stage in the distillation of lavender from the moment it is planted. The loop is freely accessible, but the fields are only in bloom during the summer, so it would be a shame not to see their brilliant colors, and even more, to breathe in their intoxicating fragrance. What's more, the one-and-a-half-hour walk is very easy.

The town of Peyruis and its surrounding area are extremely suitable for bicycle rides. let us go back to the saddle! This circuit begins with the entrance of the camping Les Cicadas, and develops in the first part in the heart of an agricultural plain where fruit trees reign. Then it penstock the A 51 motorway over a few kilometres. The return to the village can be carried out through the various routes leading to your right: rallongez it or shortchange it as you wish.

Between good friends or with your toddlers, this easy ride by bike invites you to discover the corners of the Durance valley. At the beginning of the ruins of the Marquis de Piosin castle, at the top of the village of Peyruis, it then alternate between trails, trails, grimpettes and dishes. During the weekend "Hiking of the 3 valleys" organised by the Tourism Office of Digne-les-bains on the weekend of September 30 th and October 1 ^st 2017, the Lame Blade is a very nice walk which allows to discover the strange geology of the Géoparc de Haute-Provence and the small village of Tanaron where there is an astronomical observation site. Magnificent views along the course.

Cassis Forest is an accrobranche park located near the center of Cassis. It comprises 7 courses and over 160 workshops. The baby course is suitable for children over 2 years of age. For children over 1.05 m, there are two courses that can be completed in 2h30 maximum. There are also two courses for people over 1.30 m and two for people over 1.50 m. The Cassis Forest team will welcome and assist you throughout the activity. You will be equipped with a harness, lanyard and pulley.

The Ranch is located above the village and extends over seven hectares. A remarkable starting point for magnificent walks with views of the sea, the Esterel massif and the Southern Alps. To make discover the Camargue and its surroundings in horse-drawn carriages, but also to perpetuate the tradition of horse-drawn carriages, such are the goals of the association Les Attelages en pays d'Arles, created in 1991. These enthusiasts have an impressive collection of carriages from all eras, from the most recent carts to the ancient Roman chariots. The Haute Ubaye offers particularly favourable sites to satisfy experienced climbers as well as hikers or anglers. Saint-Paul-sur-Ubaye, well situated, is a convenient starting point for these sports and nature activities. Hikers can take the GR56, which joins the GR5 in Fouillouse, another typical commune of Haute Ubaye. This site can also be reached by car, from the extraordinary Châtelet bridge, with its single arch between the sides of the mountain.

Fouillouse is a very popular starting point for mountaineers, as it serves the Maurin valley towards the sources of the Ubaye, the Brec de Chambeyron - 3,389 m -, the Pointe d'Aval - 3,320 m - or the tête de la Courbe - 3,088 m -, via the Col de Mirandol. From the Châtelet bridge, the climb continues to the hamlet of Maljasset (which can be reached by the GR6) and which marks, for all mountaineers, the starting point of many other mountain routes.

The simple hikers are also spoiled: many lakes (lake of Marinet), beautiful points of view, all the wild magic of Ubaye are here sumptuously offered.

Many establishments are present in the area to advise you if the need arises. Bivouac lovers will not be left out either, because in Ubaye, it is possible to pitch your tent wherever you want (for the night), as long as you respect this beautiful natural heritage.

Fishing is a very popular activity in the region, as the amateur can exercise his passion in lively waters and/or in altitude lake. In the Verdon and its tributaries, fishing is practised in the middle of the rocks, in a very tormented universe without this disturbing the big trout living there. The lakes of elevation are of unimaginable richness, fishing mainly for farios trout, and other varieties of fish such as brook salmon, roach or Arctic char, a very fine, rare and difficult fish to catch.

During July and August, the Auron Tennis Club invites adults, teenagers and children to come and enjoy our sports camps (95€ for an initiation, 150€ for a half-day). Children will appreciate the multi-activity vacation camps (from age 10). You can rent one of the five courts for €15 per hour on the ballejaune.com website. Paddel is now also available! In winter, don't look for the courts - they'll be under the snow!

This is a real tennis training center with accommodation. For the past ten years, players have been arriving from all over the world to take part in tennis training courses supervised by state-certified instructors. Adults, teenagers, seniors and children aged 4 to 7 can all benefit from lessons adapted to their level of play. Our instructors are on hand to help you improve your game.

Val d'Allophones 1 800-La Foux has a certified shooting centre for Youth and Sports. Under the guidance of Raphaël Guiny, a state-run instructor, everyone can try to become Robin Hood, the time of a traineeship or for a few hours of training.

Visible in winter from the village, these two superb icefalls are over 100 meters high and form a magical and spectacular landscape. On the Giallorgues icefalls, there are generally four climbable lines, rated from 4 to 4+. Their ascent is free, but reserved to the initiated or to the persons accompanied by a professional. Don't hesitate to ask for information from local climbing groups.

With Seol'âne you will discover the pleasure of walking with our friends the donkeys. For half a day, or more depending on the activity chosen, they will be your faithful companions for walking, napping and daydreaming. Emilie proposes various original formulas between which you will be able to choose: night in a tent, in a hut, personalized "ane-imations", asine mediation, meeting with public carrying handicap... The donkeys are on every trip and carry the luggage! In project for the next walks: discovery of the hamlet of Chasse in Villars-Colmar.

Situated on the D35 between Antibes and Mougins, in the middle of a forest and close to the Mediterranean, this golf course has 18 holes, 6,211 meters par 72 and a driving range with 20 private stations. Reserved for shareholders, this private golf course founded in 1923 nevertheless allows a limited number of tee-offs for visitors under certain conditions, such as the possession of a golf license, an index of less than 28 and respect for the club's dress code (studded shoes are forbidden).
